Notes

Add pils malt extract at start of boil, reserve light dme for late addition. Steep honey malt and carapils as normal. Ferment at exactly 65 degrees. Use rehydrated us05 and s04 yeast together can substitute WLP200 instead. Water is 5 gallons distilled 1gallon spring. Aerated very well. SG was 1.056.
