Notes

Smoke Wheat Malt for 30 Minutes with Juniper wood
Smoke 2lbs of Pale Malt for 30 Minutes with Birch wood

( May smoke grains longer for more intense smoke charector )

Make sure to crush Juniper Berries prior to adding to boil

Add small bouquet of boiled Juniper Branches (Approx 6" long) to bottom of mash/lauter tun prior to mashing.
